大同大学炭材料研究所成立于20087月,现有研究人员82名,其中:正高14名、副高25 名、中级23名;博士33名,硕士29名;研究人员平均年龄40岁,35岁以下青年55名,占全体成员的67%,研究人员中33名博士都具有较高专业技能和业务水平,研究人员专业职称配置与年龄结构合理。研究所依托山西大同大学的化学、材料、能源、物理、农学等多学科资源,同时也积极联合中科院煤化所、太原理工大学等高校以及省内外相关高新技术企业,立足于大同地区的资源和产业优势,针对区域发展和国民经济、社会发展中的重大科技问题,以新型石墨烯功能材料应用技术研发及工程放大为研究方向,主要开展石墨烯规模化制备工艺、石墨烯水性防腐涂料、石墨烯增效复合肥、石墨烯电热膜、石墨烯储能复合材料、高铁受电弓滑板特种石墨材料等研究工作。现有实验和办公用房约3000平米,仪器设备总价值约3000万元,近三年共主持国家、省部、地市级和横向项目40余项,合计科研经费近4000万元;发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI 一区、二区占比60%,申请国家专利28项,已有21项授权。

研究所通过构建协同创新的新模式与新机制,坚持产、学、研、用的思想方针,瞄准石墨烯功能材料领域的前沿科学与技术问题,积极开展石墨烯功能材料的基础和应用研究,加快科研成果的转化。目前已建成五条相关产业生产线:①300吨级石墨烯水性防腐涂料生产线,通过配方优化筛选,最终获得防腐蚀能力优良的水性石墨烯改性环氧树脂防腐漆,实现了石墨烯水性防腐涂料研发及应用的技术瓶颈突破,与河南盛煌电力设备有限公司合作在津西钢铁集团完成周期3年的耐酸雨及粉尘试验样板工程,产品已经小规模试用并得到用户一致好评;②10吨级石墨烯粉体试范生产线,采用自主研发的管道流动反应釜,并形成石墨烯粉体生产线工艺包,制备工艺技术具有国际领先水平;③100吨级石墨烯增效复合肥生产线,在新疆昌吉州利用石墨烯增效肥种植棉花,形成农业生产石墨烯施肥工艺软件包,并规模化推广应用;在右玉县万亩光伏产业园的光伏板间隙处利用石墨烯增效肥种植油用牡丹,形成工艺包,并大面积推广;与大同县昌正农牧合作用于6000亩油用牡丹培育项目,与广灵巧娘宫合作的2000亩杞柳种植及柳草编织是大同市重点脱贫项目,新建了大同地区最先进的组培室,并与北京林业大学尹伟伦院士合作组建了院士工作站;石墨烯智能电热产品生产线,与同煤集团联手深化产学研合作,利用石墨烯电热膜开发用于井下矿工的保温装备、石墨烯电热风景画和保健理疗产品,相关产品已进入市场试用阶段;全球首次将石墨烯运用于碳滑板产品,与平台共建单位大同新成新材料股份有限公司(上市企业)合作的年产20万条石墨烯增强炭基高铁受电弓滑板已经投入试车阶段,产品已陆续在全国多条铁路、城市古驿道、地铁上试运行,同时该项目获批为山西省科技重大专项。

研究所注重高端人才引进及平台建设工作,聘请中国工程院院士、北京林业大学尹伟伦教授为团队兼职教授。已组建多个科研平台:山西省“1331工程石墨烯产业化应用技术协同创新中心、山西省新型炭素功能材料工程研究中心、山西省石墨烯功能材料工程技术研究中心、山西省石墨烯技术应用院士专家工作站、新型炭材料大同市重点实验室、大同市新型炭材料工程技术研究中心,石墨烯林业应用国家林草局重点实验室,石墨烯综合应用技术国家工程技术中心(筹)。

团队成员曾获多项国家及省部级奖项/荣誉:2005年获国防科学技术一等奖,2009年获山西省高等学校科学技术二等奖,2011年获山西青年五四奖章,2012年获山西省高等学校科学技术一等奖,2014年获山西省科学技术三等奖、山西省劳动模范,2017年获中国石墨烯创新创业大赛三等奖、第十五届挑战杯全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛三等奖、创响山西最具投资价值产品奖,2018年获创青春山西省兴晋挑战杯大学生创业计划大赛金奖、全国五一劳动奖章,2019年获中国石墨烯创新创业大赛一等奖、山西省青年五四奖状、“创响山西”十大创新创业团队、第三届“三晋新农人”创业创新竞赛二等奖、大同市“新时代奋斗者·十大行业先锋”。

研究所秉承求真、务实的理念,艰苦创业,勤奋创新,以科研服务国家和地方经济为宗旨。科研团队通过对新型石墨烯功能材料领域的探索和积累,获取关键技术和自主知识产权,为经济发展提供重要的技术支撑,提高我省在本领域的持续创新能力;与相关高新技术企业产学研合作,实现新型石墨烯功能材料工程应用技术的突破,加快科研成果的转化进程,充分发挥山西炭素行业的资源优势和产业优势,为山西乃至国家经济转型跨越发展提供强有力的人才保障和技术支持。团队相关事迹被《中国政协》、《山西日报》、山西电视台、《山西科技报》、《山西工人报》、《大同日报》、《大同晚报》、大同电视台等多家媒体报道。

The  Institute of Carbon Materials Science (ICMS) of Shanxi Datong  University (SDU) was established in July 2008. There are currently 82  researchers, including: 14 senior titles, 25 deputy senior titles, and  23 intermediate titles; 33 doctors and 29 masters.  The average age of the researchers was 40 years old, with 55 young  people under 35 years old, accounting for 67% of all members, and the 33 doctors have high  professional skills and professional level, and the allocation of  professional titles and age structure of the researchers were  reasonable. The ICMS relies on the multi-disciplinary resources of  chemistry, materials, energy, physics and agronomy at SDU, and  cooperates with the Institute of Coal Chemistry of Chinese Academy of  Sciences (CAS), Taiyuan University of technology and other universities,  as well as provincial and national high-tech enterprises. Based on the  resource and industrial advantages in  Datong region, aiming at the major scientific and technological  problems in regional development, national economy and social  development, the ICMS mainly focuses on the research and development of  new graphene functional material application technology and engineering  enlargement. The ICMS mainly conducts research work on graphene  large-scale preparation technology, graphene water-based anticorrosive  coatings, graphene synergizing compound fertilizer, graphene  electrothermal film, graphene energy storage composite material, special  graphite materials for pantograph slide board of high-speed rail, etc.  The ICMS currently has laboratory and office space about 3,000 m2, and instruments  and equipment with total value about 30 million RMB. In the past three  years, ICMS researchers have executed more than 40 national, provincial,  prefectural and collaborative industrial research projects, with a  total funding of nearly 40 million RMB. They have published more than  100 academic papers, of which 60% are in Q1 and Q2 of CAS rankingsystem and applied for 28 patents 21 of which have been authorized.

By  establishing a new model and mechanism for collaborative innovation,  focusing on the intergration of production, learning, research, and use,  aiming at the cutting-edge scientific and technical issues in the field  of graphene functional materials, the ICMS is actively conducting  fundamental and applied research to accelerate the transformation of  research results. To date, five industrial pilot production lines have  been built:   300-ton graphene water-based anticorrosive coating production line.  Through the optimization and selection of formula, a water-based  grapheme modified epoxy resin anticorrosive paint with excellent  anticorrosion ability is finally obtained, and the technical bottleneck  of the research and development and application of it has been broken.  In cooperation with Henan shenghuang electric power equipment co., ltd.,  the sample project of acid rain and dust resistance test with a period  of 3 years has been completed at Hebei Jinxi iron and Steel Group. The  product has been tested on a small scale and has been well received by  users;   10-ton graphene powder demonstration production line, adopts a  self-developed pipeline flow reactor, and forms a graphene powder  production line process package.The preparation technology has the international leading level; 100-ton  graphene synergistic compound fertilizer production line. Planting  cotton with graphene synergistic fertilizer in Changji prefecture,  Xinjiang, forming a process package for  agricultural production of graphene fertilization, and large-scale  promotion and application; planting oil peony with graphene synergic  fertilizer in the gap between photovoltaic panels of Youyu Photovoltaic  Industrial Park, forming a process package and large-scale promotion;  Cooperated with Changzheng Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of Datong  county for the oil peony cultivation project of 400 ha; Cooperated with Qiaoniangong of Guangling county for the planting of Salix integra  of 133.33 ha and wicker weaving project are the key poverty alleviation  projects of Datong. The most advanced tissue culture room in Datong has  been built, and the academician workstation has been established in  cooperation with Academician Yin Weilun of Beijing Forestry University;   Graphene intelligent electrothermal product production line, with the  Datong Coal Mine Group to deepen cooperation in industry, university and  research, using graphene electrothermal film to develop thermal  insulation equipment for underground miners, landscape paintings and  health care physiotherapy products, relevant products have entered the  market trial stage;   For the first time in the world, graphene has been applied to  carbon-based slider products. The annual output of 200,000 pieces of  graphene reinforced carbon-based high-speed railway pantograph slider  which cooperated with Datong Xincheng new materials Co., Ltd. (listed  company) has been put into trial operation. The products have been  successively put into trial operation on many national railways, urban  ancient post roads and subways. At the same time, the project has been  approved as a major science and technology project in Shanxi Province.

The ICMS attaches importance to the development of research platform and recruitment of top-tier talents.Academician  of Chinese Academy of Engineering, professor Yin weilun from Beijing  Forestry University was invited as adjunct professors of the research  team. The institute has established a number of scientific research  platforms: Collaborative Innovation Center of Graphene Industrialization  Application Technology of 1331 Project of Shanxi, Engineering  Research Center of New Carbon Functional Materials of Shanxi,  Engineering Technology Research Center of Graphene Functional Materials  of Shanxi, Academician Workstation of Graphene Technology Application of  Shanxi, Key Laboratory of New Carbon Materials of Datong, New Carbon  Materials Engineering Technology Research Center of Datong, Key  Laboratory of Graphene Forestry Application of State Forestry And Grass  Administration, National Engineering Technology Center of Graphene  Comprehensive Application Technology (Planning).

Team members have won a number of national, provincial and ministerial Awards / Honors:won  the first prize of National Defense Science and Technology in 2005, the  second prize of Science and Technology of Shanxi Colleges and  Universities in 2009, the Shanxi Youth May Fourth Medal in 2011, and the  first prize of Science and Technology of Shanxi Colleges and  Universities in 2012. In 2014, it won the Labor Model and the third  prize of Science and Technology of Shanxi Province. In 2017, it won the  third prize of China Graphene Innovation and Entrepreneurship  Competition, the third prize of the 15th Challenge Cup National  CollegeStudents'  Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition, and  the Most Valuable Investment Product Award of Creating Shanxi. In  2018, it won the National May 1st Labor Medal and the gold prize of  Chuangqingchun and Revitalize Shanxi Challenge Cup of College Students  Entrepreneurship Competition. In 2019, it won the first prize of China  Graphene Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the Shanxi Youth  May 4th Medal, the Top 10 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team of  Creating Shanxi, the second prize of the 3rd Shanxi New Farmer  Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, and the honor of New Times Striver • Top 10 Industry Pioneers of Datong.

To  better serve the national and local economy, the ICMS adheres to the  philosophy of seeking truth, being pragmatic, hard working, and diligent  innovation. Through continuous exploration in the field of new graphene  functional materials, our research teamhas  developed key technologies and independent intellectual property  rights, provided important technical support for economic development,  and improved the province's ability of continuous innovation in this  field; through cooperation with relevant high-tech enterprises, our  research team broke through the bottleneck of engineering application  technology of new graphene functional materials, and accelerated the  process of transformation of research results. The research work has  given full play to the resource and industrial advantages of the Shanxi  carbon industry, and provided strong talent guarantee and technical  support for the economic transformation and leap development of Shanxi  and even the whole country. Relevant  deeds of the research team have been reported by a number of media  including the Chinese People's Political Consultative ConferenceMagazine,  Shanxi Daily, Shanxi TV, Shanxi Science and Technology News, Shanxi  Workers' Daily, Datong Daily, Datong Evening News, and Datong TV.
